Agreement

By using this site or purchasing services from Dynamic Buzz Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Services

I provide AI Visibility Checks, marketing systems, website work, content, and ongoing advisory for established Texas operators. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the proposal or invoice I send before work begins.

No ranking guarantees

I do not guarantee specific search rankings, map positions, AI mentions, or revenue outcomes. Marketing is uncertain by nature. I promise to do the work I describe, communicate clearly, and use my best judgment.

Payment and refunds

Fees are due as stated in the proposal or invoice. The $97 AI Visibility Check is non-refundable once it has been delivered.

Client responsibilities

You agree to give me timely access, accurate information, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays caused by missing access or approvals extend timelines accordingly.

Text messaging: program description

Dynamic Buzz LLC, doing business as Dynamic Buzz Digital, sends informational, notification and transactional text messages to people who have opted in. Message types include workshop reminders and confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates for active clients. Inquiries submitted through the contact form are answered by email, not text.

Text messaging: consent

By registering for the workshop on this site and checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive text messages from Dynamic Buzz LLC, doing business as Dynamic Buzz Digital, at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or of registering for the workshop. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Text messaging: frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with me and the message types you selected. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging: opting out and help

To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To receive help, reply HELP. You can also contact me at hello@dynamicbuzzdigital.com.

Text messaging: privacy

Mobile opt-in data and consent are NEVER shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dynamic Buzz Digital's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the updated date.
