I'm a business owner using this stuff in my own businesses, and I want to show you what's possible. Ask questions. Interrupt me. The interruptions are usually the best part of the night, because that's when I stop talking about AI and start using it on something real. > You don't have to understand how the engine works to drive the car. ## What I cover About 90 minutes, start to finish. 1. 1 ### Welcome 5 min What this is, what it isn't, and how to get the most out of the next hour. 2. 2 ### What agents are (and aren't) 10 min Agents, bots, connectors, APIs. I'll explain the landscape in plain language so you know what's real and what's marketing noise. 3. 3 ### Claude Code live demos 25 min Laptop on the big screen, no rehearsed slides. I'll run real small-business tasks with Claude Code so you can see what they actually do. 4. 4 ### Spin up a simple agent 15 min We'll build a basic agent together. Nothing to install, no coding background needed. You'll leave knowing how to make one yourself. 5. 5 ### Open office hours 15 to 30 min You ask, I work it live. Usually the best part of the night. ## Bring a real problem. Somewhere in the middle I stop and take one from the room. What kind of business do you own? Let's try it. If I don't know the answer, I'll find it with you, live.
