### Your First AI Employee: Which Role to Hand Off First

Most owners start by asking AI to write a caption. This talk starts with the org chart. It walks through the roles an AI agent can fill in a small business right now: admin, sales follow-up, bookkeeping, and SEO. For each role you'll see what the agent actually does all day, what it needs to do it well, and where a person still has to own the call. Your members leave knowing which role to hand off first.

### Found by the Machines: AI Agents for SEO and AI Search

Customers are asking ChatGPT and Google's AI who to hire, and the answer isn't always you. This talk shows how an AI agent works as your SEO: keeping your Google Business Profile current, publishing content that answers what people actually ask, tracking where you show up on the map, and checking what the AI engines say about you. Owners leave with a short list of what to fix first.

### Who Checks the Robot? Running AI Agents Without Losing Control

Handing work to an AI agent is easy. Trusting it is the hard part. This talk covers what an agent may do on its own, what it drafts for your approval, how it touches your books and your customers, and how you catch mistakes before a customer does. It's for owners who tried an AI tool, got burned, and want to do it right.

## About me

I'm the founder and Fractional Chief AI Officer of Dynamic Buzz Digital. I came to AI as an operator, not a technologist. I built hospitality businesses from the ground up, including HD Liquid Catering, which I co-founded and ran from 2016 to 2024, and Boo Boo's Lemonade, which I started in 2023 and still run today. Now I build AI agents that work inside small businesses as the admin, the sales follow-up, the bookkeeper, and the SEO. I'm a UNT grad and a lifelong DFW resident, and I run my own businesses on it.

He builds AI agents that take on real roles inside small businesses: admin, sales, bookkeeping, SEO, and getting found in AI search. Before AI, he built hospitality businesses from the ground up. He's a member of the National Speakers Association, a UNT grad, and a lifelong DFW resident. He runs his own businesses on it.
